Exceptionally Easy Experience. Danielle was very knowledgeable about how we should strategically market our unique property to attract the correct buyer. The photos and video process really made our home stand out and showcased it so everyone could enjoy our special place. With all that said, we received multiple offers on our property before we were “live” in the MLS system. Danielle was able to guide us through the offers and we selected the one that would work best for us. We were also able to sell our home furnished, which was what we wanted since we were moving out of state and into a much smaller home. If you want to work with someone that will keep you informed and sell your home for the highest price and with the best terms, then you want to work with Danielle to make your life easy during your home sale process!

Throughout the buying process I was grateful to have Danielle Paluscio and the whole team at AZ Premier Real Estate Group on my side. I began looking to buy in July 2023 and closed in December with a great deal on a condo in Scottsdale. It was my first time in the real estate market and Danielle’s knowledge was a valuable resource. She was always easy to reach and communicate with and was able to set up some last-minute viewings on short notice. Danielle was amazing at helping me as a first-time homebuyer in such a difficult seller’s market! I truly felt that she had my best interests at heart and she definitely wanted me to find a quality house that I also loved, instead of just trying to make a quick sale. When we viewed houses, she pointed out potential defects along with different pros/cons for each house that I hadn’t even considered. She was also extremely quick to answer any questions I had and schedule showings, which is crucial with how hot the Phoenix market is right now. An Absolute Gem of a Realtor. Danielle Paluscio is simply the best. I would not be in this position here in Arizona as a first-time homeowner if it wasn't for Danielle's guidance, expertise and experience. Danielle was able to get me into a temporary fully furnished condo as I had just moved into town for work. She was very attentive and intentional with her communication throughout the home buying process. She went above and beyond giving me a great range of different homes to consider as well as a list of homes within my budget and price range. On top of that, she was flexible meeting me during lunch to look at homes as well as after hours as necessary. Danielle is extremely professional and is talented at what she does! Ironically, the first new build she showed me was the one I ended up going with! Her attention to detail, knowing what to look for, and even going out of her way to attend my walk-through as well as communicate on my behalf when I was unavailable due to my work schedule should not go unnoticed.
